Write to contact@usvindecoder.com. Useful messages say which page, which figure, and where you saw a different one: a campaign number such as 24V123000, a model and year, an EPA vehicle. You do not need to send your VIN; if a decode looks wrong, the first eleven characters are enough for us to reproduce it on vPIC.

We cannot tell you whether a specific car has an open recall, a clean title or an accident history: those answers belong to the manufacturer, NHTSA's VIN search and NMVTIS providers. We do not sell reports and do not pass messages to dealers.
